إقامة مقبولة مع بعض الملاحظات النظافة كانت جيدة والموظفون متعاونين، كما أن المياه الساخنة والإطلالة من النقاط الإيجابية، وخدمة الغرف كانت مرضية. الموقع لم يكن الأفضل من ناحية القيمة وسهولة الوصول، رغم وجود خيارات للتسوق والمواصلات المرافق مقبولة بشكل عام، لكن السعر لا يعكس التجربة بالكات ons
الايجابيات: المكان نظيف الخدمات قريبة الموظفين خدومين السلبيات: عزل الغرف ضعيف الغرف صغيرة توزيع الغرفة خطأ (اذا فتحت الباب تشوف الاسرة) وهذه مشكلة للعوائل
إقامة جيدة ومريحة الفندق بشكل عام جيد، موقعه مناسب والغرف جيدة. العزل داخل الغرفة جيد، لكن المشكلة في الأصوات القادمة من الباب، خصوصًا وقت دخول وخروج النزلاء وإغلاق الأبواب، تكون مسموعة بشكل واضح وتسبب إزعاج أحيانًا وقت النوم. كذلك السخان يحتاج صيانة بسيطة لأن الماء الساخن يطلع معه صدأ خفيف بالبداية ثم يختفي. غير هالملاحظات كانت الإقامة ممتازة وأنصح فيه، وأتمنى من الإدارة معالجة هالنقاط.

We stayed in a suite during April at the Emaar Rsoukh and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in the Uhud area and you can walk to Uhud mountain in about 15 minutes, you can also get a bus from Uhud to Masjid nabawi. There is no shuttle bus from the hotel, so you would need to get an Uber to travel out. There is no breakfast at the hotel yet, but there are shops and some places to eat very close by within walking distance to get breakfast. The area is very peaceful and tranquil and surrounded by a date farm behind the hotel with mount Uhud right next to the hotel so very picturesque. The hotel is amazingly clean and they have 24 hour housekeeping so you can ask to have your room cleaned when you go out. I would recommend the hotel if you are willing to make your own travel arrangements to masjid nabavi.
We had a great experience at this hotel. We arrived in Madinah early in the morning, and despite check-in being several hours later, the staff kindly accommodated us right away, which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. Special thanks to ***, who handled a room issue professionally by arranging an alternative and processing a refund. Overall, we are very satisfied and would recommend this hotel.
