Liked: Beds were really comfortable, breakfast is one of the best perks, the pool is nice and a good size, golf course is right there, so it’s really convenient
Disliked: Somehow we ended up waiting hours for towels, there might have been a misunderstanding, but it just gave us the impression that they were understaffed

“For an Embassy Suites Hilton property, I expected better”
Liked: The location and view from my suite’s balcony were awesome to watch the sunrise. I was able to bring my two small Maltese fur babies - for an additional fee, of course. I always stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton when I travel. I love their breakfast. I love the comfort of Hilton’s beds as well as the linens and comfy pillows.
Disliked: The mini-fridge in my suite did not cool, and it leaked water all over the floor. The mini kitchen was not stocked well enough with paper towels, etc. I had to call the front desk for extra towels to soak up the water. The hotel staff did not offer a credit for the inconvenience. Also, I visited this hotel at the end of July 2026 in the scorching Arizona summer heat, and they promptly closed their pool and locked the entrance gate at 9:00 pm on a mid-summer weekend (pool hours should be extended during the summer). The suite could definitely use some updates - the carpet was old and worn.

“It was one night so it was fine.”
Liked: Was close to our event.
Disliked: There is a flashing light in the bedroom over the bed. The bathtub dripped constantly we received 2 towels and there were three of us on the reservation. If we were staying longer I am sure they could have fixed it but we were only there one night.

“Very good”
Liked: Breakfast was good but the bacon not good under cooked little pieces crumbled and thin would love hole bacon crisp and thick then it will be perfect the jacuzzi needs some upgrade the tiles ate missing.
