“Beautiful bay and cruise”

The bay and cruise ship and staff was perfect except the long trip with a small and not comfortable boat trip from the terminal to get to the cruise

“Exceeds expectations”

I didn’t know what to expect when I booked my cruise with ERA Cruise 1N2D to Ha Long Bay but I am so happy I did. The room #208 was exceptionally large and beautiful and clean. The food, entertainment and staff were excellent. I could have stayed another night. Overall, this was my first trip to Ha Long Bay and ERA/Venus made it unforgettable.

“Very good”

Disliked: I was asked to pay additional Dollers then I was committed by booking.com by giving reason of exchange fluctuation between VND and usd. I had lot of arguments on this issue and said when I got rate in usd and paying cash in usd then how does the fluctuation effect. The lady there was not ready to understand the simple thing.

“Acceptable”

Liked: The staff were amazing, and the dinner menu was delicious. Breakfast was not interesting

Disliked: I booked the Presidential Room, which was situated directly next to the elevator, so all you could hear was the elevator alarm going off constantly. The aircon inside the room was terrible. I had to ask for a fan, which didn't make it better. They advertise the cruise as 3days/2nights 5 stars, and i paid 20 million Vietnamese Dong just for this accommodation. Sadly, I have to say that it was not worth the money, and I will definitely not come back to this boat again.
