Eros Hotel New Delhi

They have provided a different room instead of Agoda offered, Agoda is showing something and Eros Hotel is giving something which is not listed on their website.

I stayed in a twin room on L10. The room was clean, air-conditioned, the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the toilet was non existent. The towels were a bit thin. The room and bathroom could use a face lift. The buffet breakfast in Blooms was absolutely delightful. So many choices, everything was fresh amd tasty. The kitchen staff were well coordinated by Paras, the Sous chef. The Chinese restaurant was also good. I never ate in the Indian restaurant. The pool was very clean and lifeguards were lovely and ensured comfort of the guests. The reception staff (with one exception)were super accommodating and helpful. 5 stars to the security staff, especially the delightful ladies on duty. I really enjoyed my time there. I loved the location, easy access to many places and shops. Having a reliable ATM on the premises was fantastic! If I was to perhaps make one suggestion, I would say please please don't keep hassling guests for feedback. I received 2 calls in one evening. Remind the guests to give feedback when they check out. If there is a problem, I am sure they will tell you. All in all, a pleasant experience. Any shortcomings are compensated for by the absolutely delightful staff.

I I have a long history with this hotel and like it very much. It’s elegant and relaxing. I was a bit surprised to find that the dusting in my room was not all that could have been desired and that a few of the power points by the bed were not operational - though those minor points were not serious enough to impinge on the experience, they were noticeable. I also noticed, for the second time, that the glass barrier along part of the bathtub rim, was not efficient in keeping water from the overhead shower from spilling on to the bathroom floor, making quite a watery moat next to the bathtub. This is something that should be seen to as it poses a potential slip hazard on a marble floor and last time I stayed here it was the same in the ensuite I had then also.

Nice place to stay with family. Need give more value in term some activity for babies and small kids for their entertainment. Also evening club lounges snacks shall we allowed to members who have the Gold membership

The bathrooms are ok and always wet curtains are old
