“Decent, but would have preferred something closer to city center”

Disliked: A bit dated and not as close as I would have liked to the city center. Breakfast is extremely expensive for what it was.

“Very good”
Liked: The hotel has a beautiful lobby with elegant antique-style furniture, which creates a very special atmosphere. We really enjoyed our Historical Suite — it was charming and full of character. The location is also convenient, with most major attractions within about a 15-minute walk. Overall, the hotel has a lovely historic atmosphere.
Disliked: There is only one elevator for a seven-floor hotel, which is not enough and often results in long waiting times. We were also given only one complimentary bottle of still water upon arrival, with no daily replenishment, which was a little strange for a hotel of this standard. The breakfast was not bad, but the selection was quite limited. Also, only filter coffee was included for free at breakfast; it would have been nice to have espresso or Americano included as well. Overall, I expected a little more from the hotel.

“Great value and location”
Liked: Great location near the train station and old town. Beautiful, well maintained old historic building.
Disliked: It was not very busy, and the beautiful old bar was empty most of the time

“Staff were not helpful to us regarding baisic requirments. Additional payment were asked for city taxes that were not in”
Liked: It’s not a five start hotel rooms were small for families no boiler or iron you should pay again them if you ask.
Disliked: The location was good near the main train station and downtown.

“I can rate as 3 stars is more than enough”

Disliked: 3 stars is more than enough. * Bad hotel overall. * Very bad reception. Whenever you ask about anything, the answer is usually: “You have to pay.” * I booked parking on the road and asked the receptionist where it was. She said, “I don’t know. Cancel it and book the hotel parking instead,” which was almost double the price. * I booked a suite, but what I got was an old studio. * No help with luggage. If you ask for help, they expect a tip. * Very basic and disappointing breakfast. I asked for an omelet and was told it costs extra. I also asked for well-done boiled eggs for my kids, but they brought the same undercooked eggs. * The room had no soap, and water was provided only on the first day. * Very old furniture and bathroom. Even the shower was positioned in the opposite direction of the bathtub. 🥲 * Flies in the room and restaurant. * Very old TV, not a smart TV. * It was sunny one day and I asked reception for an umbrella. They said I had to pay for it. 🥲 * They only provided sparkling water. I explained that my kids don’t drink sparkling water, but they said “This is what we have.” Overall: Very poor service and definitely not worth the price.

“Excellent hotel in a great spot!”
Liked: Location was excellent. Walking distance to anything we needed. The room itself was very spacious. It was nice that there was a mini bar that was refrigerated.
