“Excellent”

Liked: The mirrors in the Hall, the staff was very professional and friendly, and I loved the location of the hotel to Ocean and Collins.

Disliked: I didn't like that there was no pool but a shared pool at the Clevelander and that is NOT really a pool to swim or chill in.

Disliked: Over priced I've never been charged for a microwave before. Charged be 20 dollars. I feel as though they're being greedy and just will not renovate the property. I literally felt like I was falling in the tub! The tub wasn't angled right! I hated it!! Toilet is so low!!! The prices are ridiculous for nothing. Staff was nice however offered the microwave only to tell me 1hour later I have to pay 20 dollars for it. After spending 400 on their room!!! NEVER AGAIN

“It was a great stay overall. When my ac went out, I was immediately accommodated and had a great nights sleep.”

Liked: What I liked most about the property was location and cleanliness. Most of the staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful.

Disliked: One female staff member was extremely rude. The rooms do not come with a microwave. When we asked the female front desk person about receiving or using a microwave, she never gave us eye contact and stated, No we don’t have microwaves for guests… we asked again, because we know that when you request a microwave they deliver it to the room upon request. She has a very rude demeanor and stated, No and shrugged her shoulders. When she left for her shift, the next employee was helpful and brought the microwave to our room with no issues. Also, guests can not get their own ice and must go to the front desk to get some.
