“Accommodation”
The accommodation was clean, with a gym and internet, and near a park. Although it's outside the city center, you can take a bus there.

“BIEN CORRECTO”
Nos hemos alojado aquí y, la verdad, en general el hotel está bien y es correcto. 😊 Sí que deberían tener en cuenta algunos detalles, como que la mampara del baño estaba rota y que el jabón no había sido repuesto. Por lo demás, nuestra estancia ha estado bien.

“Buena estancia, con aspectos a mejorar”
La estancia en general ha sido agradable, aunque creo que hay algunos aspectos relacionados con la comodidad que podrían mejorarse. En particular, la cama no resultó todo lo cómoda que esperaba, ya que el somier se movía bastante y daba sensación de poca estabilidad, lo que dificultaba descansar bien. Sería recomendable revisar este aspecto para mejorar la calidad del descanso de los huéspedes. Por lo demás, la experiencia ha sido buena y espero que puedan tenerlo en cuenta de cara al futuro.

“Acceptable”
Liked: Staff were really helpful
Disliked: Pancakes were ready pack from supermarket. Two first days they did not have black tea in the breakfast, breads were stale, instead of one king or queen bed they put two singly beds beside each other. Accessories in the room were very old.

“Above average”
Liked: The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good although not exceptional
Disliked: The connectivity to main city is poor. There was no restaurant service apart from the breakfast which meant that dinner had to be done in city before rushing to get back on public transport. The room ceiling had leakage stains, the bed frame appeared squeaky and there was moss on the bathroom walls.

“Lovely hotel run by awesome staff 👏🏻🙇🏻”
Liked: Staff at the reception desk was quite standing out, lovely service, especially from Ainhoa since the first moment that I got into the main lobby. Point out that they all got me as part of their family.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike really.
