Eurostars Thalia Hotel

Liked: The rooms were very comfortable

The hotel’s location is excellent, but the rest of our stay was disappointing. The staff were not particularly friendly, and communicating in English was difficult. The rooms had poor sound insulation—we could hear people outside so clearly that it was difficult to sleep.

Nice hotel in excellent location. Be careful lower level rooms will be noisy and we asked to move as when we arrived our room was on ground floor opposite a bar that didn’t close unt 330 and it was already loud. Reception duly moved us and no other issues. Would recommend.

Liked: Big room, spacious bathroom, everything very clean, free toiletries of good quality, comfortable mattress, central location, easy to reach.

Disliked: The curtains don't close completely so it wasn't fully dark at night. The room was on the first floor, overlooking the main road, where the tram passed frequently; so despite the double glasses windows there was noise coming from the road, also at night.

location is great, and easy to commute around. kind and polite staffs at lobby

Liked: We were three adults. The room had a queen-size bed and an additional folding bed which was comfortable. The room was spacious. Excellent location. Close to the river. 10 min. from Wenceslas Square. Many restaurants and coffee shops on the same street.

Disliked: The bathroom is quite high. It's a bit difficult to get out of it. The Wifi is weak.

The staff are exceptional! They’re all willing to help. The only issue was that housekeeping didn’t do a very thorough job.

Liked: The location was perfect

Disliked: They apparently ran out of caffeinated coffee for the rooms while we were there
