Nice hotel at a very good location

When I checked in and entered my room, there was already a man inside. I was startled and went to the front desk. When I told them a man was already in the room, they said, "That's strange. That can't be," and started checking their computer. In situations like that they should have listened to me and acted quickly. I said, "Please do something about my room," and they finally found a new room, but then a staff member asked, "Shall I escort you to the next room?" In that situation they should, of course, come with you and check. The next morning at check-out, nothing from the previous day had been shared with the front desk — it was awful. A friend told me that with hotel booking systems and card keys, incidents and crimes like this can happen. Maybe this hotel doesn't have a manual for handling that sort of thing. It was frightening.

Good location close to euston square and warren street st. Rooms not small clean

Our first night in the hotel wasnt great since room 116 is close to the highway room and i can literally hear the sound from outside and didnt sleep well because of the sound. I did complain in the app since i didnt had time since to do it personally since we have tour the whole day, yet when we get back they managed to arrange a quieter room for us. Truly appreciate the swift action on our claims and how nice the staff in the hotel. The 24hr reception and the everyday housekeeping of the hotel. The location is just 2-4 mins walk from euston and warren underground station very convenient to roam around the central. The room where we got transferred is just enough space for sleeping since we are just sleeping in the hotel We would surely recommend the hotel

Very small room, A/C is weak and noisy, room is stuffy. The location is very good, just around the corner from Euston square station and the shower is also decent with good water pressure

Stayed at Euston Square Hotel and the room was good for a short stay - clean, comfortable, and practical. One thing that could really help is adding a hook or somewhere to hang towels in the toilet/shower room, as it would make the space more convenient to use. Location-wise, it’s about a 30‑minute walk to Chinatown, but very close to the main terminal, which is super handy if you’re arriving or departing by train. Overall, a decent stay with a few small improvements that could make it even better.

Hotels in a great location and good value for money. But being located on such a busy road it could do with triple glazed windows like some other hotels in the area have. The noise of the road and people outside meant a very bad night's sleep.

The room was quite clean and spacious, central location, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The downside was the very weak Wi‑Fi.
