Disliked: The hotel has no air conditioning, and the temperature in Buenos Aires that day was 28 degrees Celsius with 90% humidity. It was impossible to stay there. It’s not suitable for guests. Since the problem wasn’t resolved, we decided not to stay at that hotel. We spoke with other hotels in the area and were told that the hotel had been without air conditioning for two years. The problem is that they market it as a good hotel, and it isn’t. Beyond the fact that the building itself is old, the rooms haven’t been renovated. They’re stuck in the past—not just with the furniture, but with the carpets and everything else. Horrible experience. I regret that booking.com continues to list it without mentioning the lack of air conditioning. In the end, they made me waste the entire day walking around the area in that heat looking for a hotel. I had made that reservation more than two months in advance and had planned my schedule accordingly. Once again, they made me waste my time and ruined my excitement about enjoying a day I had already planned with various activities.
