Executive Corporate Rental

I stayed there for two nights and unfortunately my experience started very poorly. Upon arrival, the reception was unable to find my reservation and I could check in only around 8:00 PM. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering that my stay in Miami was very short. I had to spend those hours waiting at the reception, trying to resolve the issue with Agoda, which caused significant stress and wasted a large part of my first day. Eventually, the reservation was found, apparently due to a communication issue between the property and Agoda. After finally checking in, I was too exhausted to enjoy the evening as planned, which negatively impacted my overall experience. Aside of that the apartment was really nice and really well located, no complaints about that. I hope the property improves its coordination with booking platforms to avoid similar situations in the future, so this experience did not meet the expectations of a smooth and reliable stay.

Disliked: The hostess, Sandra, who communicated with us only via email and texting was very rude on several occasions. Her tone was commanding and intimidating. The apartment was dirty: "white" window drapes were grey, and some strange organic (acetone?) smell of an unknown source was during our entire stay there. The furniture on the balcony was probably taken from some trash; it was heavily used and dirty. The kitchenette was very poorly equipped, with not a single frying pan. The water view was almost nonexistent. The view from the window was to the next building with its windows. One of our two window shatters was broken and could not be closed, so to change dress, we had to go to the bathroom. The whole building was packed: to get to an elevator we had to wait sometimes 15-20 minutes. Car parking was on the 5th floor with very narrow driving passes. Instead of an electronic key to open the parking garage door, we were given a handwritten note to be shown through a camera to an operator. Getting the key for the apartment door through the key box and returning it back was a problem both ways: we had to ask for help because it took 5-7 movements to operate it.

Emplacement top pour se balader à pieds, beaucoup d activités proches. Appartement dans un très beau complexe avec piscine et salle de sport. Belle vue au 39e étage. Literie top.

Disliked: Unidad oscura, antigua, desordenada. El parking es gratis pero no es para autos deportivos o camionetas grandes. Cocina poco equipada.Cables de enchufes y adaptadores desordenados por todos lados.

Liked: Great location, did the job

Disliked: We pulled a duvet out from the closet when we got cold and there was a huge fake eyelash on it. Property didn’t feel the cleanest.
