Extended Stay America - Los Angeles - Torrance - Harborgate way

Disliked: I was there just to pass the night before getting back on a flight in the morning. I booked and upon arrival at the hotel was told there wasn’t a room available. I told them I had booked after midnight and also received a confirmation email from the hotel at 1am. They eventually “found” me a room but it was so filthy. The refrigerator had black and red liquid, dried stains all over its exterior. The bathroom had polish stains all over the sink’s counter top. The TV was damaged and graphic on the screen kept having static glitches. I managed to sleep for 4 hrs before heading out again. If it weren’t for it being a short stay, I would have requested a refund and headed back to the airport to pass the night there. The ladies at the front desk were nice in their interactions and that was the only good thing. However, I was very disappointed upon entering my room. I believe I was put in a room that was closed off from guest as it wasn’t usable or in good condition. No guest would have agreed to spend a night or stay there.

Liked: Very nice place comfortable bed clean stuff is very friendly I am a pet owner and they were more than welcome I would definitely stay here again

Disliked: Good morning Buffet is excellent clean towels whenever you need them staff is nice me and my family enjoyed our stay

Liked: I like that fact that I could cook my dinner. And it was near Walmart.

Disliked: I killed two roaches crawling up the wall and outside of the refrigerator looked old and dirty and the inside still had pieces of food in it. The sink in the bathroom looked broken and the maintenance man repaired it with plaster. You can only go through the front door of the hotel at the lobby. Key card didnt work on the other outside doors.

Liked: Not a thing nope

Disliked: Very dirty, unpleasant smell as soon as you walked in. All night roaches all over the room.

Liked: Honestly, I was very disappointed. The room was mediocre not very clean. You couldn’t get towels get no service from the customer service. You guys need a lot of improvement.

Disliked: Only thing I liked about it is it was available, but if there was anything else available for a good price, I would’ve canceled my reservations do better please

Liked: Location and Comfort

Disliked: Staff. Generally I’ve had a positive experience as the staff is usually accommodating and even-tempered. On 10/08/26 some rude, nasty, graveyard troll of a woman was screaming at me because I was looking for someone to help me get a kitchen set.
