“Convenient Stay, Mixed Comfort”
The excellent location, walkability, reliable Wi-Fi, hot water, and friendly staff made this a good value stay. However, cleanliness and facilities were only average, and housekeeping could have been better. Sleep was also less comfortable than hoped due to noise from next room. Hotel made adjustments though and while the property is convenient and practical, it has a few areas that need attention.

“Horrible place to stay!”
Liked: Location, easy access to restaurants and shopping
Disliked: I booked a room that was supposed to have two beds. When I got there the desk clerk told me that wasn’t available. She found a room that had a sofa sleeper. The mattress was dirty looking and quite stained. Bugs were on bathroom walls, and on sleeping area floor. The microwave had food splattered all over inside it. The walls of the microwave were damaged and peeling. No toilet paper, when desk person was approached she appeared annoyed but she gave us a roll. When leaving the next morning, I went into the room that included two vending machines, there was a man laying between one of the machines and the wall. The use of the soda machine woke him up and he briefly got up. He mumbled something then when back to sleep. In all my years of traveling I have never had such a horrible experience as this one. I am extremely disappointed that Booking.com would even suggest this as a possible place to stay..

“Great location for families, couples and solo travelers”
Located close to stores, businesses and restaurants which is great for solo travelers and couples as well as families. Stones throw from Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center, parks, biking trails, etc

For the location and proximity to great restaurants, shops and a thriving business district cannot do much better.

“Ms. Tracy & Her Team are one of a kind!”
A place to lay your head run by people who care is priceless! Location is great as well. Could use a renovation as could many hotels and rentals in the area but for the price and convenience can’t beat it with a stick.

“I legit hated it”

Disliked: I legit hated my experience. The carpet in the rooms was sticky. There are absolutely no trash cans in the rooms or building smh! My key stopped working. I was locked out my room for hours trying to find a staff member. Finally I got ahold of someone and they came and helped! The keys randomly stopped working I couldn’t even get in the building. Mind you, all this happened around 9-10pm smh where are the staff? The rooms had roaches! The sheets and beds are itchy as hell. This was a terrible experience for me and my family smh
