“Not recommended for the elderly and young children.”

The hotel has no elevator and requires walking up stairs, which have polished wooden floors and can be slippery. The WiFi in the room is not functional, including the hotel's main WiFi.

I would like to deduct 2 stars because the staff gave me the wrong room key. I booked one type of room but received another. However, the accommodation did change my room. The bed frame has a bit of a sewer smell and should be improved.

Did not clean before check-in, unpleasant smell of urine and odors from previous occupants remained dirty. The light in the bathroom was also out and not checked beforehand, but at least they changed the room for me.

“Acceptable”

The reservation and payment have been completed, but when we arrived, there was no customer information. This can happen, and they said Agoda did not send the information. It is impossible for Agoda not to link with your hotel. In conclusion, will my friend stay or not? So, I will stay if I can't find somewhere else. It's already evening, and there's an event. The room I booked is not available, and they are asking me to stay at another resort, and then they will refund me 190. This is really bad.
