“The hotel has not very good value for the amount we paid.”
Liked: Good location, clean, the breakfast service in the lobby was great.
Disliked: Parking is very expensive, the valet parking services need tipping. but the ATM machine charged $5 and my bank charged another $5. We should be able to get some cash from the front desk for this. Also, we some how got a ADA bath room, but the tub is so high to get in and out, and the shower head is hard to adjust. If it is ADA, how does a handicap person going into the tub? Not a very good design.

“Acceptable”
Liked: It was close to where I was going.
Disliked: For $700 a night our room was in front of a construction zone. We were not told in advance that construction was going on.

“Everything is good, but there are a few problems.”
First, I liked the luxurious interior. The staff were also friendly. The shopping mall is a five-minute walk away. However, the sheets smelled like they hadn’t been washed. I’m sensitive to smells, so there’s a hygiene issue with the bedding. Also, I checked in early and was taking a nap when a housekeeping staff member rang the bell, then, while I was leaving the room, suddenly flung the door open and came in. Is that acceptable at a five-star hotel? I wonder about that.

“Very good”
Liked: Location is good
Disliked: The breakfast supposedly was included in the room package but I was surprised when they told me at the front desk at the checkout that I have to pay because it is only a credit of USD 50 and the rest I have to pay. They are not clear about the additional charges to be paid.

“Great Hotel”
The hotel is located at a great location, with a quiet neighbourhood. Right around the corner there is a shopping mall where you can find most of the shops. The room is spacious and well equipped, and with a balcony which is rare. The room service is also great. There is only valet parking. You can text ahead to have them bring the car at the entrance. I am visiting and didnt get phone service, but still they get my car pretty soon, like within 5 mins. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you have a large budget.
