“It was okay but not for the price.”

Liked: The pools and beach access

Disliked: The shower leaked making the floor slipper and dangerous, the staff was rude and check in was horrible and a long wait and staff didn’t do it right and only checked us in for one room after repeatedly telling her I had two rooms. Then our rooms were put in separate floors. The sofa in the room was dirty and the AC was not working properly. I asked for a partial refund and they refused.
