Fairmont Jakarta Hotel

Policy for cancellation should be flexible and refundable, not just charge only with no time frame. Should allow some flexibility time for canceling after booking with refundable

After comparing with Hotel Mulia, I stayed at the Fairmont. The fact that it is connected underground to Senayan Plaza, one of the best shopping malls in Jakarta, makes it a hotel worth staying at. The staff were also friendly.

We have a pleasant stay at Fairmont Jakarta celebrating my wife birthday.

The complimentary was excellent! We enjoyed the hospitality!

The location was perfect, easy to get around the city as well as direct access to Plaza Senayan next door. The facilities were top-notch and complemented by excellent amenities. Breakfast was great, a lot of selection to choose from. The staff were consistently helpful and attentive. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the property. Overall me and family had an enjoyable experience at Fairmont.

This is the best hotel that I’ve experienced. The level of quality, cleanliness, bedding, facility, and hospitality couldn’t be better!

Strategic location, good facilities, I hope the price can be discounted so I can stay more often.

It was a hotel with the best hospitality, the best facilities, and the best breakfast. It is connected to the Plaza Senayan food hall (supermarket) and the basement, making it very convenient for buying souvenirs or going out for lunch and dinner. At each entrance, there is a baggage check, and I was initially worried about the strict security, but as long as you don't bring in dangerous items, you can bring in groceries and won't be stopped, so you can feel relieved.
