“Best hotel in Makati”

The big difference from other 5 star hotels in Makati are the staff. All are very polite, accommodating and they will let you feel that you are very much welcome in their hotel. From the front desk staff up to the pool staff. We really enjoyed our stay and we had a very relaxing weekend😊

Liked: I was thoroughly impressed with the staff at Fairmont Makati. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They remembered my name, anticipated what I needed, and consistently went the extra mile to make me feel like I was the only guest in the hotel. They helped make my anniversary a complete success and exceeded every expectation. I have stayed at Okada, Nüwa, and Sky Tower, and nothing compared to the level of service I received at Fairmont. A special thank you to Trish at the concierge. She is an absolute delight and truly worth her weight in gold. She helped make an already great stay unforgettable.

“Staycation and my son birthday celebration”

Staying at Fairmont is like staying at a wealthy relative’s house. Everyone is very welcoming and would instantly make you feel at home. Once they learn that you are celebrating an occasion why stayed over, they send over unexpected treats, not once but twice. It’s one hotel worth staying in over and over again.
