“We really loved our stay at Fairmont Singapore and felt very comfortable.”

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Very helpful staff. Concierges were really helpful and recommended some amazing places. The location joined a mall which was really nice. The hotel has a Michelin Star 2 restaurant Jaan and our meal was incredible (very expensive but worth it). The chef came out to meet everyone. Breakfast was very good and the Skaï restaurant had an incredible view of Singapore and excellent meal.

Disliked: Room service kept forgetting ones. Prego restaurant was nice but a bit disorganized.

“Absolute heaven.”

Liked: This was our second stay at the Fairmont, and it was every bit as wonderful as our first. The hotel is in a fantastic and convenient location, with the MRT conveniently located directly below the hotel. The facilities are excellent, everything is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The staff are exceptional — friendly, attentive and professional throughout our stay. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely cannot fault any aspect of this hotel and will definitely be returning next year. Highly recommended!

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and left feeling relaxed and refreshed prior to our onward flight.”

Liked: The room was exceptional, spacious and very comfortable. The staff are superb, polite and very attentive. The breakfast is fantastic with an amazing choice and variety. Plus the staff are professional and friendly. The restaurants and bars are excellent.

Disliked: The water system in the bathroom was quite loud and disturbed our sleep during the night. This seemed to occur every couple of hours through the night.
