Found a roach crawling on the night stand. Staff can care less. AVOID

Booked it twice as I had a trip in between. The first time I found a roach crawling on the night stand. Reported it and they said they would make sure they would clean it. Went back a week after and had the same room for one night. Wel, more roaches. See picture. Sent them a message and they could care less. Nothing was done. PS: don’t even bother calling cause they never answer. Excellent location, filthy place, awful service. AVOID

Liked: Not much
Disliked: It said there was a private bathroom, which was a lie. There was noise from outside. No sheets on the beds. No slip resistant shower or tub.

“Superior localization”
Liked: Great localization, right next to the culture palace!
Disliked: The access instructions are a bit chaotic but we figured that out;)

“Excellent value.”
Liked: Excellent location. So much right in the surroundings. Retail and restaurants. Walking to old town or the central rail station wasn’t bad.
Disliked: Lifting my luggage up the three flights of stairs to my particular room. But that’s on me for packing more than light.

“Acceptable”
Liked: Great location Responsive staff
Disliked: Everything feels old and is falling apart. The bedding was some of the worst I’ve ever seen, even considering the price prising. There were a lot of BED BUGS all over my specific bed. The staff did move me to another room, which I appreciate, but I then spent around 30 minutes thoroughly checking the new room and bed for bed bugs. I would not recommend this place unless you’re okay with unexpected surprises like this in the middle of the night.

Liked: location and instructions to get in
Disliked: Towels provided were of poor quality, one with disgusting spots, couldn't use it, and both of them had hairs stuck firmly to them, disgusting..., could use only one of them. Also, bedding appeared not changed... not sure about that one, but questionable.
