“Magical honeymoon stay at Four Seasons Sayan!”

Liked: I stayed at Four Seasons Sayan for my honeymoon. It was a wonderful and special experience! The thing that stood out the most was the very friendly, precise and welcoming service we received from absolutely everyone.... from lobby to pool bar to maintenance employee, etc. We just felt so taken care of. The food was the highlight also... everything was so delicious and super well done. From the very extensive breakfast to the Indonesian and western-style restaurant. The room and hotel were also spotless and pristine. Everything magical!

Disliked: The only thing I can "complain" about was the fact that the villa's pool was not heated so ended up not using the pool at all, which was a shame... if only it were 5 to 10 degrees warmer it would have been 100% perfect.

“Dream holiday”

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay at Four Seasons Bali Sayan. It was one of the best hotel we have ever stayed. The nature is so beautiful. The staff is so special, everybody has a big smile and do his job with passion and care The food is delicious. We cannot ask for anything else.

Liked: Everything was fine.

Disliked: Only,Last day we stayed in Villa almost outside of the Hotel. Lots of frogs did not let us sleep well. I believe Villa 58&59 needs to be terminated. Because they are downgrading the Hotel. On the other hand the Hotel is excellent apart from this reminder.
