Liked: Every touch point was superb. Service was top notch. Particularly the savoy grill. It was amazing and was treated like I was special. But everyone was treated that way

“Quality, classic and elegant.”
Liked: Location was fantastic, the history of the hotel and beautiful decor. The staff are lovely, very kind and friendly. Loved the American Bar and the Spa. The river view is superb. Josh, our butler was fabulous 👌 Breakfast in our room overlooking the Thames was a special experience and the food exceptional.
Disliked: Going home!

Liked: The sheer opulence of the place is just breathtaking. The decor, features, facilities, staff, food and drink all were first class. The room we stayed in was a Superior King room and everything was just fabulous. The bed was so comfy and the facilities in the room were perfect

“From the collection at the airport, the drive to the hotel, the reception and rooms are perfect”
Liked: Breakfast very good. Room amenities excellent. Beautiful and very clean carpets, which is normally something hotels struggle with. An amazing bath which easily fit 2 people!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing negative about this hotel.

“Amazing hotel, staff and location.”
Liked: There is nothing you could not like about the Savoy. As soon as you are welcomed by the door staff (which is an experience in itself) to being checked in (they upgraded us as it was our 30th wedding anniversary) to entering our stunning room which we didn’t want to leave. The spa facilities where beautiful, lovely helpful staff, pool was amazing, when you are floating around knowing how busy it is outside it is just so peaceful. American Bar is just iconic, staff were amazing and made our evening very special. Breakfast was included in our room and was delicious and very relaxed which was lovely. Location of the Savoy is central to theatre district, convent garden and tube stations. An incredible experience and cannot wait to return. Thank you Savoy for making our stay unforgettable.
