“Very good”
Liked: Great location in central Vienna. The room had a kettle, coffee, tea, and bottled water, which I really appreciated after arriving late. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was especially important during the hot weather. Good value for money.

“Good, but could be improved.”
Liked: The location was excellent, very close to public transportation. The staff were very attentive and addressed any issues very quickly.
Disliked: The pillows were very uncomfortable. Basic toiletries such as toothbrushes and shaving kits were not provided in the room. The toilet was very small. There was trash under the cabinet, and the room cleaning was inadequate.

“Great location”
Liked: Great location, comfortable rooms. Near to Westbanhof station with good bus, tram, and train connections, as well as a direct airport bus. Supermarket, yoga studios, cafes, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. Shower is in the bedroom, meaning very little privacy, so something to consider depending on your relationship with your travel companion(s)!
Disliked: No in-room mini fridge.

“Exceptional”
Liked: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna! Everything was very clean, well-organised, and exactly as it should be. The receptionist was especially lovely and welcoming. There were rooms available with both street views and views facing the back, and she kindly let me choose the one I preferred. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more special. Everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!
