“Very satisfied with our stay”
We only spent one night here but the service was great. We had a very good deal, only about 20 usd but the room, the staff were so good. Worthed every single dollar. Highly recommended.

“Great location and excellent value for money”
Florida Hotel is centrally located, ideal for those who want to experience local Nha Trang rather than the tourist areas along the beach. Plenty of great local restaurants nearby, including Cơm Tấm Nhân, Cơm Bình Minh, Cơm Niêu Thiên Lý, and Bánh Canh Bà Thừa. The beach is also within walking distance. Room rates are surprisingly affordable. I honestly wonder how the hotel makes a profit at these prices! Housekeeping could be more consistent, though. The shampoo and shower gel dispensers didn’t work properly. Also, there’s no need to throw away partially used soap bars or water bottles during a guest’s stay. Just leave them for guests to finish while providing fresh supplies as usual. It saves costs and reduces waste. Overall, great value for money. A few operational improvements would make it even better

“Good value for money and location.”
Taxi fares to and from the hotel (I used InDrive rather than Grab) were cheap and travel time was short, which I liked. The banh mi shop right next to the hotel is also inexpensive and tasty. I'd book again when I return to Nha Trang. ^^*

“Very very terrible—stay away!”
Absolutely terrible—the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. The single-use toothpaste provided had already been opened and had a disgusting smell. When I asked the management to address this, they claimed it wasn’t their problem and refused to provide a solution. I intend to escalate this matter to the relevant tourism authorities and being a tourist shouldn’t mean I’m left without a resolution.

The hotel is real value for money. Good facilities like rooftop restaurant and swimming pool, gym and located ideally. Staff proficiency in English could be improved for better communication. Overall, was a wonderful stay at the hotel. Highly recommended for family and couples as well as groups.

“Fine with the price.”
The hotel is pretty good for the price. There’s breakfast, a swimming pool, housekeeping, and a window with views of the mountains, a bit of the sea, the city, and the sky. Suitable for a long stay or for a large group, the price is reasonable.
