“Acceptable”

Liked: Staffs was nice to me.

Disliked: I made the reservation for 2 adults and 1 child but owner wanted to take a chance, and said I need to make extra payment for child. Once I challenged him that I have made the reservation with my child and have the printed copy for my reservation so he couldn't take the advantage.

“Good hotel room good staff. Excellent amenities will definitely stay here again. Anytime I stay in Flushing, Queens Chin”

Liked: I enjoy the comfortable bed and having a refrigerator and microwave is a lifesaver. The front desk was very pleasant and easy to talk to parking was a minimal, but very close to the hotel entrance.

Disliked: It’s a bit of a walk to Main Street flushing but not far

“If the word motel means anything to you, that is what this is.”

Liked: Parking was available and free. Desk attendant was very helpful.

Disliked: Room lacked the basic measure of cleanliness. There was lots of hair on the floor, and cobwebs in the corners, which means that they don't even vacuum. But the sheets were clean (I think). And there were clean towels. I did not use the shower because there was dirt on the shower curtain that I was afraid would get on me if the shower was used. Luckily, there is a YMCA not far away that provides temporary day passes to take a shower. The woman renting the next room doesn't sleep, as there are "guests" coming in and out all night long. No pun intended. And I killed 4 flies, if that sort of thing excites you.

“Two minuscule gripes…other than that…”

So I had two small minuscule gripes about the hotel room I stayed in. First, there wasn’t a closet in my room where I could possibly hang my things for the three nights I stayed. Also the plugs only worked when I kept the lights turned on. I don’t like sleeping with lights on and I usually leave my phone on the charger while I sleep. However, I had to just let my phone die and charged it the next morning. Other than that, the staff were nice.

“Acceptable”

Disliked: The on/off switch of the air conditioning was intentionally destroyed so no way to turn it on. I took a picture of it before I went to bed because it was too hot to sleep. When I showed the photo to the front desk, the staff did not seem to be aware of it.
