“Blur aulia”

- Upon check-in, Aulia offered us a 6:00 AM or 6:30 AM airport shuttle. We initially chose 6:00 AM but later requested a change via WhatsApp. - The hotel insisted that shuttles operated hourly and claimed there was no 6:30 AM shuttle, despite me mentioning Aulia’s original offer. - I went to reception in the middle of the night to speak to Aulia directly. She blamed us for hearing the information wrongly and gave me an annoy face expression and insisted the shuttle schedule was 5:30 AM, 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, and hourly thereafter. - Feeling frustrated, I had no choice but to accept going to the airport earlier. - The shocking discovery: At 6:00 AM, the concierge bell counter file showed that our room number was been booked for the 6:30 AM shuttle! 😡 Completely unacceptable communication and service provided by blur aulia!!

“Beautiful resort”

Such a beautiful and very convenient to the airport. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and efficent. I opted out for bfast, seems a bit high for Rp160,000 for bfast. Rimba Durian is such a nice addition for this resort. Love Love Love this FM7

“Luxury hotel, peaceful rest.”

The location is very close to the airport; there’s a free shuttle every hour to the airport, and there’s also a free pick-up from the airport to the hotel. I really love the hotel lobby design — it’s very nice and luxurious. The room was spacious and the facilities were very complete. I booked a family room with one single bed and one king-size bed. The AC was very cold. The bathroom had a shower with amenities, a hairdryer, fridge, wardrobe, room slippers, welcome drink, TV channels, desk, and phone. The breakfast was tasty, visually appealing, and very varied — there was soto, porridge, local snacks, jamu, puddings and snacks, waffles, croissants, pancakes, various juices, salads and fruits. The lemon leaf rice (nasi daun jeruk) is a must-try! The hotel staff were very friendly, kind and helpful.

“I stayed overnight due to a layover on my flight.”

I emailed my arrival flight details in advance. On the day they picked me up from the airport with almost no waiting. They also took me back to the airport the next morning. Very grateful for the complimentary shuttle. Maybe due to local standards, the air conditioner in the room was noisy. The shower has no door, so water splashed all the way to the sink. The towels felt worn.
