“Good location and good stay for short stay”
Liked: Great location, very close to the metro station and facilities around. Bed could be better but in general, ok!

“A beautiful bathroom, dreadful beds”
Liked: Reactivity of the staff when they saw the issues we were facing. The bathroom is really nice. Showerhead could be higher ( had it in the neck but I'm 2m tall, shouldn't bother the majority ) except that the bathroom is really nice
Disliked: We literally had someone still sleeping in our room when we came in after the check-in. Quiet a choc for both sides. We have then been given another room, but the mattress was so horrible we had to get rid of the bed frames and put them directly on the floor to be able to sleep ( They are not only very soft, they are badly spring loaded, we are not overweight and we were still falling inside the mattresses cartoon-like and every movement was making the other bounce with momentum for 3 sec. Funny at first, unbearable when you try to sleep ). If you want to experience something close to sleeping on a waterbed, it could match your needs. Not acceptable for this price range IMO

“A clean and comfortable stay in a great location, close to the food market, metro and lovely cafés, with the added bonus”
Liked: Clean, comfortable, good location, smart TV.
Disliked: Shower cabin could be a little bit bigger.

Disliked: The bed was horrible, the bathroom shower door was not good…the water leaked out everywhere on the floor

“Overall - Ok, but i'd probably look for a different hotel next time.”
Liked: The hotel is very nice and modern, the staff were very helpful, and the price was reasonable,
Disliked: The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a semi-deflated water bed.
