Liked: Lobby was clean, modern and welcoming. This does not match the rest of the facility which is worn smelly, and two out of our three rooms had a mold problem.

Disliked: We stayed on the fourth floor, which was marked by water damage, mold, ripped carpeting and odor. We would not recommend this property again for business.

Disliked: - No shampoo or body soap, the container was empty - The shower mechanism didn't work so we had to take baths, which wasn't helpful when you have just a short time to take some rest. - Hair in the bathroom and in the room - The room needs maintenance - The aircon is very noisy and blowing on the bed - The bus driver that takes you to the airport is very sarcastic and rude - Not clear direction at the airport on where to get the bus and we waited 55 min for the bus - The bus didn't leave at the scheduled times from the hotel

Liked: Nice staff. Airport Shuttle great! Pool nice and warm. Would stay again because of that. Breakfast expensive for such poor quality plus a bit cold.

Disliked: Breakfast terrible. Didn't like policies of no cancel, I know if you pay a lot.ore you can get it but things happen flights don't work out etc..
