“Jeddah Diwali pre celebration”

Liked: The staff were friendly and polite Shenaz at the restaurant was extremely helpful with all my vegetarian needs. Shafiq I think his name is, was so delightful and polite from room service. Love the location Reception staff also good.

Disliked: The 4th floor had a moist musty odour, manageable but definitely needs some attention.

“Unpleasant experience and Overpriced”

Disliked: Can’t control AC it was frozen, when they fixed it, become hot not cooling anymore, shower is tiny, water flooded in the washroom after shower, water sink blocked, I removed the valve to flow, when order anything they forgot to bright or coming after hour or after calling again. Walls like papers next room person was shouting 7:00 am, hallway corridors smell of dampness, Overpriced, location is far.

“Excellent”

Liked: I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has an excellent location in South Obhur, in a convenient and nice area. The reception staff were always welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful at all times. The service and room service were excellent, the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
