We had a nice stay at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta. The hotel itself is beautiful and elegant, and our Executive Suite was spacious, comfortable and very well presented. Breakfast was also very good. The buffet selection was not particularly large, but they offered many additional choices from the à la carte menu, which we really enjoyed. However, I was a little disappointed with the service and flexibility. I had politely asked whether there might be any complimentary amenities or special touches available for our stay, but unfortunately nothing was offered. I also asked if a late check-out might be possible, but this request was declined. I completely understand that complimentary amenities and late check-out are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. However, having stayed at other luxury hotels in Jakarta, particularly Raffles, where we experienced exceptional generosity, complimentary touches, early check-in and late check-out, the experience here felt a little less personal and accommodating than I expected from a Four Seasons property. Overall, it is still a beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and a good breakfast, but I feel the service could have been a little warmer and more flexible to make the stay truly memorable.

“Wonderful!”

The hotel is very beautiful and clean, although a bit old. The staff is very attentive and dedicated, and all services are complete. In particular, the hotel also suggested an additional day for me with three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and all services related to sauna, spa, and especially free laundry and ironing during my two-day stay at the hotel. Everything is free. This is amazing for a trip like this because the hotel is very cheap compared to Vietnam.
