Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane

Liked: Got the interconnecting room I requested

Liked: Staff, room, hotel ambience, restaurants both at hotel and withn short walking distance. You can walk to the high end shops, parks and various tourist attractions. In particular, the staff attend to your every need and go the extra mile at every opportunity - impressive.

Disliked: The weather!! There was nothing not to like with the hotel.

As always, The Four Seasons provided an exceptional stay. The staff were wonderful and the room amazing.

Excellent hotel. Staff went above and beyond to secure a memorable vacation for my wife’s birthday and Valentine’s Day. Would highly recommend and will plan to return in the future

Liked: Beautiful newly renovated property.

Disliked: N/A

Liked: Very nicely maintained; excellent and attentive staff; perfect location.

Disliked: There was nothing we did not like; it was perfection.

Liked: Amazing hotel and friendly staff

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The out standing cleaning and location

Disliked: During my stay at the hotel, the lobby was constantly overcrowded and chaotic, making it difficult to even move around comfortably. The sheer volume of people in the lobby created a noisy and uninviting atmosphere that detracted from the overall experience. The crowd in the lobby seemed to be by governmental employees and security guards from one the country during their official visit that makes the political opponents to stay in the front of the hotel shouting at everyone coming out. I tried to explain the issue to front desk with no ear to hear.
