“An unforgettable 10/10 stay.”

Liked: Everything about my stay was exceptional. It was my first time staying at the Four Seasons and I was celebrating my birthday, so I was absolutely delighted to receive an upgrade to an Executive Room. It was such a thoughtful and exciting surprise, and the room was beautiful, spacious, luxurious and immaculately clean. The service was genuinely the best I have ever experienced. Every member of staff I encountered, from the beginning of my stay until the moment I left, was incredibly kind, warm, attentive and personable. I felt genuinely welcomed, valued and celebrated throughout my stay. The attention to detail, cleanliness, hospitality and consistency across every department were outstanding. It was a flawless 10/10 experience and one of the most memorable hotel stays of my life. I will definitely return.

Disliked: There was honestly nothing I disliked about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the room and cleanliness to the exceptional service and kindness of the staff. It was a flawless experience from beginning to end.

“Amazing experience”

We stayed here for two nights and had an amazing experience. The suite was absolutely fantastic — spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional throughout our visit. We mentioned that it was our first night away as new parents without the baby, and they kindly left us a lovely note in the room along with a bottle of fizz to congratulate us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made our stay feel special. The spa, gym, and all of the other hotel facilities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed making use of them. The location was also perfect for us. We love walking, and we found that everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible on foot. The surrounding area felt very safe, which made exploring even more enjoyable. The only slight criticism I would have is the additional charges added throughout our stay. I completely appreciate that this is a high-end luxury hotel, and we were expecting premium pricing, but the extra service and gratuity charges on top of already significant costs did feel a little excessive. For example, we had a bottle of champagne delivered to the pool and were charged an additional £18 for delivery and service, which seemed quite steep. Aside from that, everything else was perfect. We had a wonderful stay, and we would definitely return in the future.
