“Nice but WAY too expensive for its offering.”
Liked: The location is great. We realized on location that we didn't have breakfast included, and It turned into a blessing since We found an amazing breakfast spot down the road. We booked a Spa, again very decent, (but we constantly felt we were being "upsold" on facial products or treatments). There are other Spa's within walking distance that are a tenth of the price and just as good. So while the location is great, the hotel really does not justify its price. The reception staff were very nice and helpful - on our last day we needed some bubblewrap for a gift and they supplied a ton within a few minutes. The view from the 5th floor restaurant patio (used for private dinners) is one of the nicest in Prague.
Disliked: The hotel is one of the most expensive, if not the most expensive in Prague. For that amount of money, we found out on arrival our breakfast wasn't even included. Everything is on a schedule and paid for. You can't have a drink by a pool, or on a balcony anywhere after 10pm. Only the street Bar stays open; and while the bar drinks were nice, it is loud and cramped. We just never felt like there was a nice spot to unwind after dinner. We resorted to sneaking onto the 5th floor patio when it was open in preparation for evening dinners. The hotel is lost in its corporate structures - every day our minibar cups were taken, but not replaced. And while the coffee pods are replaced, they never refilled the milk. We stayed for 8 days, and called housekeeping 8 times for milk or cups. There is a recurring fancy sparkly Pink SUV parked in the parking out front and at the same time many "inappropriately" dressed women lurking around the bar area at night that really leave you wondering what sort of clients actually use the hotel bar.

“Would look for another luxury hotel in Prague next time”
Liked: The location of this Four Seasons is great.
Disliked: Compared to other Four Seasons i found this one a real let down. Really out of date and not in great condition.

“Excellent”
Liked: The location was key. A stones throw from Charles Bridge and you can walk to the main square within 5 to 10 minutes. The staff were attentive and very accommodating.

“Heaven in Prague!”
Liked: I'm sad I did not wake up in our beautiful grand suite at the four seasons. I don't think I can rate this place enough! from the moment the car door opened, it was just heaven! the staff is so knowledgable they assisted me with every reservation, information regarding sight seeing and places to go. To the DELICIOUS! amazing breakfast with the most kind staff, Our suite was on the top floor with lots of windows and large living area, dining, and our. master bedroom with spacious walk in closet and ensuite was just perfection!! if I could give 1000 stars I would!!! BEST PLACE TO STAY IN PRAGUE! and a short walk to the luxury shops was the icing on the cake!
