The facilities are clean, and the bedding is comfortable. You can also participate in GX at the fitness facility. There is also a sauna. The swimming pool was smaller than expected, which was disappointing. The staff were very friendly. It would be nice to join the free tours offered by the hotel. The breakfast is also excellent.

Liked: The location. Being connected to Bugis Junction and Bugis+ is huge. MRT access is a big win. Staff are friendly. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: The property is a little dated. Water pressure isn't the best. We had an AC hiccup. The aircon did not like adhering to the thermostat and the compressor was weak. It was either turn it down and freeze or turn it up a little and sweat. Also we got 2 hair shampoos in the shower and no shower gel. They fixed it once I called them. The management seems a little overwhelmed since the ownership/management change.

We had a wonderful experience at your property and would gladly recommend it to our friends. However, I would like to bring one incident to your attention. At check-in, we requested a late checkout at 2:00 p.m. for both rooms, which the front office confirmed. On our final day, before going out, we approached the front desk to reconfirm the timing. Unfortunately, Mr. ***was uncooperative and spoke to us rudely. He instructed us to vacate one room by 12:00 p.m., so we had to return immediately, finish packing, and move everything into the other room. As a result, we had to cancel our planned outing. Later, when we returned to the front desk, Mr. ***was extremely courteous and kindly extended the checkout time to 2:00 p.m. for both rooms, as originally agreed. Apart from this incident, all the other front-office staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I request that you please address this matter with Mr. ***so that other guests do not have a similar experience. Thank you, and we hope to visit again. Kind regards,
