GALATA KİNG SUİTE HOTEL

Liked: Location ideal, price reasonable

Disliked: We booked accommodation with two separate bedrooms through Booking.com. However, this was unavailable on arrival, and we were instead given a room with only one double bed. The accommodation we had booked became available the following day, but this did not remedy the inconvenience and disruption caused during our first night. The temporary room’s bathroom also had several unacceptable defects: * Mould on the ceiling. * A towel rail that fell off the wall. * A shower door that did not close properly, allowing water to leak onto the bathroom floor. We had to use towels to form a barrier to contain the water. The room did not match our confirmed booking, and the bathroom was poorly maintained. Having to contain a leaking shower with towels was not an acceptable standard of accommodation. I request that Booking.com investigate this matter and arrange a partial refund reflecting the unsuitable accommodation and inconvenience we experienced on the first night. Please also contact the property and advise me of the proposed resolution within seven days. I can provide photographs, booking details, and any other supporting evidence required.

Liked: Location was good.

Disliked: No kitchen tools, just heater fork and knifes. Asked the staff for toilet paper but didn't get it first time.

Liked: The staff were friendly and provided everything we needed.

Disliked: It’s an old building, almost everything was broken or didn’t work, moldy bathroom, ants everywhere, AC had problems, TV didn’t work, there is no balcony or rooftop as it was shown.

Liked: Perfect location - near everything in Karakoy

Liked: The staff have always been very helpful and friendly.

Disliked: It didn't look quite as luxurious as in the photos, but for the price, I thought it was perfectly fine. However, the internet doesn't work very well, so you should have mobile data as an alternative.

Liked: great location, near Galata tower

Disliked: bathroom

It was a very crappy and bad hotel, and the staff had zero morals. I had booked a hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, they said, "Take your money. The hotel is full. I don't have any room."

Liked: Location is good. Nice view to Bosporus.

Disliked: Pictures look nicer than reality. Okay for couple of nights but expected better conditions.
