Galata Master Hotel

Liked: The staff are very helpful and enthusiastic. The location is very nice, nearby restaurants. Very safe as well.

Disliked: I cant think of anything. My stay was superb.

Liked: Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Room was clean, beds were to our liking. Bathroom was a bit small, but ok. Room was cleaned every day. Fair price for what you get. Ideal if you're looking for just a place to sleep comfortably.

Disliked: Our room was very close to the elevator and reception, so when people would arrived very late or leave very early we could hear which bothered the sleep a bit. The hotel is located in a hilly area. But is easy to access the main road.

I had a baby and booked the room in advance but still was given left over room. You should be caring enough to book a better room considering the baby but you didn’t and took more money than what was given. Not happy

Was pleasantly surprised with the space and cleanliness of the room. The wifi was also really fast and the staff could all speak good English. Location is central and yet quiet, just that 1 of the routes requires walking up a steep and dark path if late at night. Nice eateries and laundromat nearby, highly recommended!

We stayed at Galata Master Hotel for three nights, and it was great. The room was clean and a good size, and the staff were very helpful. We would for sure stay again.

Liked: Very good location, and friendly peoplen

Liked: Perfect location near T1 tram for transfer to major attractions. Walking distance to Galata Tower and area which we think is the best area in old Istanbul. Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend for the location alone.

Liked: As someone who travelling the world and staying in most luxury hotels, for the first time I tried this a *** stars hotel and I really enjoyed the connection that I felt inside, the customer service was amazing, the staff was so nice and friendly the area is near to everything
