“Studio idéalement placé”
Liked: Studio idéalement situé. Terrasse très agréable. Balcon donne sur une place typique sicilienne.
Disliked: La lampe sortie de secours qu’on ne peut pas éteindre en face du lit.

“good location”
Liked: Lucas our host was exceptionally polite, helpful and prompt. Very good location, parking Lucas arranged was right around the corner. Upstairs terrace pleasant to have your coffee or wine at the end of the day.
Disliked: A cash security deposit is required upon check in and then given back at check out after host looks over the premises- of all places i have rented thru booking. com over the years this is a first - takes the spontaneity out of your planning as you have to arrange a check out time when you check in. When I asked about checking out earlier in the morning than I initially planned I was given the option to have the cash deposit left for me the day before we checked out but then give my credit card information to Lucas via email or what’s app as the back up deposit. Also, the bathroom design is just plain weird, If you are sitting at the breakfast bar you can see the person on the toilet- in bed you can watch the person brush their teeth- while it may be a high end design feature it does not work, you can see in pictures so they are being “transparent”.

“Nice backwater stay in busy Ortigia”

“Hopefully we find ourselves in Ortigia again and if we do we will definitely stay here.”
Liked: Tucked in a quiet courtyard and very centrally located on the small island of Ortigia is where you will find this cozy apartment. Surrounded by old world charm the apartment is very comfortable and extremely quiet. The kitchen area is very well equipped and we were able to make full meals. The rooftop terrace was very nice and plenty of furniture to relax and enjoy a book, sunbathing or a meal. You will find plenty of services nearby. We had the perfect stay at this apartment. Luca was very communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay in his home town.

“Un petit bijou au charme très sicilien au coeur de tout!”
Liked: Petit appartement compact mais confortable en plein coeur du quartier historique. Situé dans une cour intérieure partagée avec des voisins siciliens ce qui est très sympa. Petit balcon très chouette donnant sur la cour et très jolie terrasse privée sur le toit, sans vue mais super bien aménagée, qui ajoute beaucoup au charme.
Disliked: Tout était conforme à nos attentes et aux photos. Il est très important toutefois de lire attentivement les informations afin d’être bien au fait des frais afférents et des conditions de paiement.
