Liked: The rooms were clean and the staff was great.

Disliked: I was sold on being able to park at this location and when I got there, the SUV I rented was too tall, I had to pay to park it elsewhere and because I was there 6 days, I spent well over $100 USD on parking fees alone.

Liked: very good location in center

Disliked: all great, just they do not speak English.. in such a hotel I would expect someone speaks it.

Liked: Good location

Disliked: The bathroom was way too small. The sink was outside the bathroom, while the toilet and shower were squeezed into a very tiny space, which felt uncomfortable.

Liked: Good location, clean rooms, nice place

Disliked: The staff at check in at night gave me a room with the wrong bed I asked and he told me I will have it on the next day, the staff on day shift call me and tell me they don't have a room available with the bed that I reserved and try to charge me for an upgrade, I asked if I get anything for the downgrade for the night before she said no and hanged up on me, went down to the front desk asking for the room that I reserved and after almost an argument she gave me a better room (no what I paid for) and after that all the front desk staff had a bad actitud with me and my husband

pisos de las habitaciones muy sucias, nunca limpiaron los pisos, al andar descalzos se podía apreciar la suciedad de los pisos, jamás limpiaron. El restaurante nunca nos ofrecieron alternativa alguna, ya que se limitaron a ofrecernos lo que ya tenían, y si uno pedía alguna otra cosa, o si queríamos cambiar los ingredientes nunca quisieron, solo se limitaron a dar lo que ya estaba en el menú, PESIMO

Liked: It has an excellent location, rooms were small not a lot of space for the clothes but comfortable. Big bed and comfy. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Disliked: we were two in the room so no a lot of space for the clothes.

Liked: Have stayed here a couple of times love that it’s a walking distance from center
