“Sunport”
The front desk employee answered my call from the airport promptly, left his desk and drove the well marked van to the shuttle pick up area promptly. In less than five minutes, I was checking in with the same employee. He was able to find my IHG membership number, and apply credit even though I did not book directly with IHG; all of this at about 1 AM. Clean, comfortable bed, included chain-style breakfast and anytime access to the coffee machine. Other hotels in Midtown Albuquerque were about half price, but when I visited those, it appeared my security and comfort were in jeopardy. So, I returned to Gardner hotel for a second stay. Easy access to an ice machine on the second floor, also an unadvertised, free, guest washing machine and dryer. On my first stay, I was given a ground floor room, but this proved to have noise coming down the hall from the reception area. When I asked for a quiet room on my second stay, I was given one at the end of the hall at an upper level, but the neighboring room had noise from a television. I would suggest if they are not heavily booked that you ask for a room that does not have neighbors but this of course could change if you check in early in the day. English and Spanish-speaking employees seem to be very well trained and polite/pleasant. I would stay here a third time.

“This location was adequate for my traveling needs!”
Liked: The Location was pretty close to my final destination,
Disliked: The walk in shower drainage is highly questionable as it pretty much drained all over the bathroom floor! that really needs to be corrected! I had to use one of the towels to mop up the excess water that ran out of the shower enclosure!

Liked: The staff was very friendly and the rooms very comfy The pool was closed due to remodel which is fine. Overall visit was wonderful! Will stay here again.
