“Very good”

Liked: Location was perfect, right in old town and had very close parking.

Disliked: The room had a river/castle view technically but the windows were so tiny.

“If hotel has service related problems like no hot water, they need to tell us up front!! So we can”

Liked: Location, view

Disliked: Terrible super cold water in the shower!! And they did not inform us in the beginning, otherwise we will go to another hotel!!!We have a meeting next day and we couldn’t take a shower at all! We told the receptionist asking about any available room with working shower. She said that she contacted the manager and she will decide about our reimbursement. Nothing!!

“Perfect for our one night in Cesky Krumlov.”

Liked: Breakfast was adequate, just right for our needs. Excellent convenient location on the water, good view from room, though window was small to look out. Very nice staff.

Disliked: Sloped ceilings were a little odd, poor design.

“Great views from breakfast terrace”

Liked: Loved the breakfast riverfront under the castle.

Disliked: I got a room on the street side which is next to the biggest night club in the city, so a bit noisy late at night, but the room did come with two free passes for entrance to the club and a welcome drink, so if you plan to go out to it doesn’t matter. If you go to bed early, request the quieter river front rooms
