Liked: Nada de nada lo peor del mundo

Disliked: La habitación que estaba al lado, estaba precintada por la policía italiana, había habido un delito, y habían incautado y precintado por temas relacionados con la mafia italiana, mi mujer pasó muchísimo miedo, y no pudimos dormir en toda la noche, pensando que podrían hacernos algo malo, tuvimos miedo, mucho miedo

Liked: The host was very responsive and respectful, they helped us out a lot with minor issues and difficulties. The Airbnb was very clean and tidy. Everything you would’ve needed was provided, besides WiFi. The AC was a plus.

Disliked: They upgraded us to a property with no WiFi, and didn’t notify us until we showed up and tried to use it. So my group and I had to spend the only day we were in Bari at cafes to figure things out when they could’ve easily been done if we had WiFi. So if you’re backpacking, make sure to clarify if they will provide that.

Liked: Hay café de máquina, la localización cercana al transporte público, la amplitud de la habitación.

Disliked: La ducha tuvo un daño y no lo solucionarían hasta después de los holidays.

Disliked: Bad communication, No emphaty. Not what I was booked. No service. No one was there. I had several problems as I had an important meeting on a day of my arrival. There was some delays. I arrived around 3pm I was without a phone battery, was sitting in front of the door in a forgotten neighborhood, trying trough someone else to connect them to open the main door. As I have given my booking reference, they didn't want to open the main door for me.I was on the street trying to reach others to contact them. So again there's was no empathy. For 2 hours. They require me to download the app and do it on line. The room didn't have windows, it was double balcony closed like an prison with big installation for gas,or hitting very suspicious just in front the windows. So I couldn't breathe. Only tiny thing for shower. No any product included. When I asked to order for me something to eat like simple pizza just to take my medicine. Because I stayed in bed for the rest of the evening stressed. They told me to install the app. They can't help me. I was a not familiar with apps. Am very disappointed. I could write a letter according my experience. Really not professionale in hospitality!!! This is not hospitality at all.

Disliked: El aire acondicionado no pudimos hacerlo funcionar, lo reclamamos pero no nos asistieron en eso

Disliked: La puerta de la habitación era de cristal y entraba la luz del pasillo cuando la encendía algún viajero que llegara. La ducha estaba roto el grifo y no la pudimos usar. La puerta de la terraza no encajaba bien y se oía ruido de la calle Solo había 1 silla.O estás tumbado o estás de pie. El plan genius parece que justifica que lo ofrecido pueda se defectuoso. Le comenté a gatto bianco que estaba rota ducha y goteaba el water y me dio las gracias. Como si no lo supieran. De pitorreo
