The staff on duty in the evening were nice people. The facilities were lacking. There is no elevator and no refrigerator. You have to get hot water on the 2nd floor.

“Disappointing Experience – Bed Bugs and Poor Room Cleanliness”

I had a very unpleasant experience during my recent stay at this hotel due to a serious bed bug problem. At around 12:30 AM, I started getting bitten by bed bugs. I initially thought the problem was resolved after killing the bugs I found, but unfortunately, I was bitten again at around 1:30 AM. At approximately 4:45 AM, I woke up to find my entire arm covered in bites, swollen, and extremely itchy. I had to get out of bed again to search for and kill another bed bug before I could finally get some rest. As a result, I was unable to sleep properly throughout the night. The room cleanliness and hygiene were extremely disappointing. Finding bed bugs in a hotel room is unacceptable, as guests should be able to sleep comfortably without worrying about being bitten throughout the night. Another inconvenience was that my room was on the second floor and the hotel did not have a lift. I have a knee problem, so carrying my heavy luggage up the stairs was physically difficult and added to the unpleasant experience. Overall, this stay was far below my expectations. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously, arranges a thorough pest inspection and treatment, and improves its room cleanliness and facilities. I would strongly encourage future guests to consider these issues before booking.
