Disliked: It was filthy. I wouldn’t even step into the shower it was sooo dirty. The entire bathroom floor was sticky. There were crumbs on the counter. The front desk said that I needed to call the owner but there was no one that would answer the phone. There was glass on floor that my sister took a picture of. No hot water in the kitchen sink. There as condensation dripping from the ceiling.

Liked: I stayed here before, and I do want to mention that there have been some positive improvements. The furniture has been updated since last year, which made the apartment feel nicer, and when I discovered that the electric kettle was not working, the staff did try to help resolve the issue.

Disliked: After my stay, I was charged $39 for a broken broom that I never used and did not even know was in the apartment. When I disputed the charge, the property sent me a photo of the broken broom as “proof.” The broom in the photo looks completely clean, with no visible dust, hair, or debris on it, as if it had barely been used at all. I had absolutely no reason to take out a broom I did not need and break it. I also find $39 to be an excessive charge for this type of basic plastic broom, especially since no receipt or proof of its replacement cost was provided. My advice to other guests: take photos and videos of EVERYTHING upon arrival — furniture, appliances, kitchen items, cleaning supplies, and even things you do not intend to use. Otherwise, you may later be charged for damage that you did not cause.

Disliked: The property is completely uninhabitable and doesn't match the photos. The apartment is extremely dirty, smells bad, and the walls are damaged. Crucially, the AC is broken and not cooling at all. It is dangerously hot inside for my family here in Florida. The host refuses to refund. We are leaving the property right now due to health and safety concerns.

Liked: Staff very responsive on watsapp. Loved the room and kitchen facilities. Yes could do with updating and looks a little worn in places

Disliked: Could do with some cosmetic work, also offer a cleaning service

Liked: Close to everything very nice area and hotel
