Liked: the bed was so nice. i also liked the cleanliness of the room and how fancy it felt for the price, and the staff were very nice. i also loved the close proximity to Westfield and the train station!

Disliked: i didn't like the lack of fresh air available to the room and i also didn't like the short shower screen as water ended up all over the floor after a shower:(

“Great”

Liked: I had a wonderful five-night stay at Gladius Hotel. The front desk staff, Anish and Irish, were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality really made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel and the room were spotless, and both the bathroom amenities and kitchen facilities were well equipped with everything I needed. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. There are only two minor suggestions for improvement. First, although the hotel is located on the street behind Westfield Parramatta, it is about a 10–15 minute walk from the train station, and most of the route is uphill. I wouldn’t recommend walking to the hotel with heavy luggage. Taking an Uber or taxi would be a much easier option. Second, the television is not a Smart TV, so it doesn’t support apps such as Netflix or YouTube. If Smart TVs could be installed in the future, it would make the guest experience even better. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Gladius Hotel to anyone visiting Parramatta. Thank you again to Anish and Irish for your outstanding service. I would be very happy to stay here again in the future.

“A luxurious hidden gem!”

Liked: Absolutely beautiful stay. The marble flooring, spacious room, and fully equipped kitchenette made it feel so luxurious. Reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and they happily accommodated a late checkout. The room was spotless, the TV was huge, and the Wi‑Fi was great. Fantastic location too with an easy walk to Parramatta Westfield and the city centre. Waking up in that gorgeous king bed felt amazing. I’ll definitely stay again.

“Parramatta stay”

Liked: Hotel was perfect for what we needed. So close to Westfield and the Westmead hospital. Value for money breakfast too. Recommend to book a carpark if one is needed.

Disliked: Accidently let the fire alarm off with my hair curler. Sorry. But it was very sensitive.
