Liked: Allways had good but this time no sorry.

Disliked: I visted couple of times in this proerty but this time was a disaster. Room was with separte bathroom and mattress was hard. Also i booked a room for 3 persons and found only one double be. The owner when i teach he told mee that next time i book with him direct as i made 2 days before. It was in a rude way very disappointed.

Liked: It was very good, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Disliked: The location is a bit far from the city, especially if you're on foot. And its a bit sketchy to get there.

Liked: It was a good price for what we get. 32€ for a large bed for two people. The view is OK, we could see the Etna from our balcony. Overall the installations are clean and the check-in was easy and with no human interaction. We spoke via WhatsApp only. There was a small fridge in the room, one table and one chair only. In the common area there was a microwave and a sofa with a big TV.

Disliked: What other guests complain about is true. We found hairs in between the bed sheets and in the towels. Sheets and towels did not look or smell clean. The mattress is old and springy. The shower curtain only covers half the bathtub. The headboard on the bed is a metal frame which is not comfortable at all. Having a table is nice but there was only one chair to sit. We had to move the table and sit on the bed.

Liked: The only good thing is that the facility is cheap. But regard to the accomodation and cleaningness still not cheap enough. (room called Suite)

Disliked: i am describing the Suite room and common space - very bad cleaningness, there was bunch of hair in the shower when we arived - mould in the bathroom and on the walls, window in bathroom unable to open - no blanket in the room, 1st day in october i was freezing cold because we had to sleep only under the bedsheet (the next day was the blanket already after notification provided) - there is present kitchen corner (cooker, sink and fridge), BUT NO EQUIPMENT at all, no spoon, not a single cup, pot, NOTHING. cabinet smelling terribly, if you used the sponge the dishes would be dirtier than before tha washing:D - when we asked the owner for a cup and fork, she said that kitchen and stuff is only in some rooms and it isnt specified in which ones while you make a reservation. We looked into other rooms while the cleaning lady was there, in no other rooms is kitchen than in the Suite one, then after some argumentation she said she will RENT us the equipment for 10 euro per day....... very deceptive advertising. - PLUS IN ONE OF THE ROOMS there is no bathroom in the room, to get into your bathroom you have to go across the hall which is available to every stranger in the house!!!!

Liked: I booked my room at the last minute due to being stuck in the area (as a result of issues with my flight). The staff were very responsive and accommodated me without any issues. I would 100% recommend.

Liked: Nice people in the area, good room and bathroom. Clean place

Disliked: Bed is not so comfortable. Noisy guests even after midnight

Liked: Nice and quite far from everything

Disliked: Ended up with a room (suite) that was not for handicapped— many stairs — though the description suggests otherwise. Could be a booking.com description issue - each room should have accessibility description.

Liked: It had everything what we needed and very less cost for the stay. In case you do not want to stay in Catania and looking for budget friendly place, this is the right place. Good for travelers by car. You can visit Taormina, Etna and Catanoa staying at the same Place.

Disliked: The room (Etna) was very dark.
