Good hotel for the price

Because this hotel is so inexpensive, I felt like I had struck gold when I made my reservation. As night fell, I discovered that the room lacked soundproofing. I could hear the tiniest audio or voice coming from the adjacent room. I look at the wall and see that it is made of wood. This hotel is not something I would recommend. It is inexpensive, but it is not worth staying.

Booked a room this month and the one thing great about this hotel are the staffs. Yeah the facilities are not shiny new but the hospitality of its people are top notch. The security guards are always smiling!

The room was clean, and the staff was helpful. The following needs to be addressed. They need to purchase new towels for their guests. The aircon needs maintenance. The shower rooms also have leaks into the entryway.

Very good location and very accommodating staff

We stayed for two nights with our two young children, and unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. First, the parking situation is difficult. The driveway is steep, with an awkward curve at the top and very limited parking spaces. The parking area in front is also poorly designed for smaller sedans, making parking unnecessarily challenging. The room was old, poorly maintained, and unacceptably dirty. The bed felt dusty and gritty, the sheets smelled unpleasant, and the floor was really dirty. Some sheets were already stained, and our towels also had stains and a bad smell. We chose not to complain about these issues during our stay, as we simply wanted to enjoy our trip with our children. The TV also had no working channels. What really upset us was being charged nearly half a day’s room rate because our baby spilled milk on the sheets. We understand that hotels need to protect their property, and we are willing to take responsibility for genuine damage. However, charging such a substantial amount for stained sheets in a room where the linens and towels were already in poor condition felt excessive and unfair. We showed consideration by not making an issue of the existing cleanliness problems, yet we were charged heavily for an accident involving a young child. The attitude of the front desk staff also made us feel unwelcome. Our children are only two and three years old. Of course, they sometimes laugh loudly or touch things in the lobby, as young children naturally do. We stay close to them, supervise them, and make sure they do not damage anything or behave inappropriately. They were not running wild or being unruly. Nevertheless, we felt we were being looked at with disdain rather than being treated with basic courtesy and understanding. We don’t expect special treatment simply because we have children. We expect a clean room, decent facilities, fair charges, and respectful service. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short in all these areas. Between the poor cleanliness, unpleasant linens, difficult parking, outdated and unmaintained room, unwelcoming atmosphere, and what we felt was an excessive charge for the sheets, this stay was not worth the money. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to families with young children.
