The toilet light is not working.

Worth the price I paid. The bed was okay — a bit worn from heavy use but still fine. The water pressure wasn’t very strong on the 5th floor.

Very old place. Bathroom ceiling is peeling/rotten. Towels have stains that look like mold.

This place gives low price for a private room. Walking distance to Asiatique river front mall. Food vendors downstairs. However, there are black molds on the ceiling. Air conditioner and bathroom ceiling are leaking water. Toilet is at a weird angle that is difficult to sit on. Pillows are thin. We had heaches using thin pillows. Mattress is comfortable but they give you a thick comforter that is too hot to use in Bangkok. No closet to hang clothes.

The staff were impolite. For example, raising their voice, pointing fingers, and forcing guests to leave the room when the guest asked for a late check-out. They said they needed to finish their work but shouldn’t rush guests or accuse them of shouting and not listening to the guest’s reasons for requesting a late check-out. Do we always have to have that room done before the others? This isn’t the first time—this is the second or third time. The attitude of this housekeeper should be corrected, or please warn them in writing. I don’t want other guests to have to encounter the bad manners of this housekeeper. It’s really very bad.

Very bad — both the room and the service. Waited a long time before being allowed into the room. Not safe, dangerous. The room couldn’t be locked, scary. The lights were broken. The room was dirty and musty. The staff were very rude.

the room was not the best. we dont mind if its not super clean but the sheets looked like they havent been washed, there was mold in the showers and the floor seemed dirty. the code we got for the key didnt work. the help we got from the app was good though, got a new code and that worked. overall, it could be way worse but it could also be a lot better. didnt mind it for one night but wouldve cancelled if we planned to stay longer.

This hotel is not suitable for long stay. Only provide a towel. Not clean as in photo. I am okay if not provided the facilities like lift but not clean and fake for me.
