I think the furniture should be renovated in the coming periods. So the hotel stays excellent
"Overall, a fantastic stay! Although we encountered a couple of minor issues, the team resolved them very quickly. The rooms were spotless and tidy, and the location was super convenient. My dad and uncle loved the well-stocked breakfast spread, and the staff were exceptionally warm and friendly throughout their visit. Highly recommended!
Liked: Everything was wonderful! Special thanks to the manager, Mr. Enes, and Özcan Abi for their incredible kindness and generosity. I would also like to express my gratitude to the two lovely working ladies at the reception; although I don't know their names, they were extremely helpful with everything I asked—especially in Arabic. It was great that the staff could speak English, Turkish, and Arabic fluently. The restaurant food was delicious, our stay was very comfortable, and the views were simply charming and breathtaking!

We had a wonderful stay at Arise Hotel Golden Horn! The room was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and we stayed on the sixth floor, where we had a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. On our first day, we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful welcome treat of fresh fruits and sweets, which was such a lovely touch! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and felt very well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul. Highly recommended!

Disliked: Even-though they have shuttles which helps you getting around the town, the location is still considered as not good for a tourist. I personally was ok, but you need to know that you will spend some time and money on the ways going to touristic areas and coming back.
