Utk sekelas hotel sebesar ini, manajemen hotel hrs diperbaiki. Kamar yg dikasih malah kamar yg sudah ditempati org. Jd harus nunggu lg dicarikan kamar yg kosong. Lalu kunci kamar tiba2 tdk bs dipakai, ktnya perlu diupdate. pdhl kami pesan utk 2hr.

“nightmare hotel”

We already check in arround at 9 pm, first atmosphere in our room is spooky also smell is not good. Then after we want take a bath is very terrible: the water is very dirty. After complain and waiting arround 40 minutes, we get upgrade room but still terrible, the water still dirty then the bathroom is slippery.

“Friendly staff”

We stayed here for one night. The place is nice and clean, breakfast was included, and we were allowed to check in immediately even though we had just finished booking through Agoda. After returning home we realized we'd left something behind here. They were very responsive — messages on WhatsApp were answered politely and our item was sent back right away. Keep up the hospitality. Thanks for your help.
