“入室困難”
場所が分からず、入室困難。とても入り方が難しく旅行者にはハードルが高い民泊です。

“Excellent”
The location is too inside the alley and the hotel name is not visible, so for those who are staying there it is guaranteed to be difficult to find. The room is okay, nice, and all the facilities are good.

“[Procedure and Precautions for Accommodation]”
It was quite a struggle to enter the accommodation type. I hope this will be helpful for those who will stay next, so I will outline the actual steps. 1. Check the email sent after making a reservation. It contains a 4-digit code to enter the building. 2. There are no clear signs at the building. Look for a door that resembles a back entrance in a back alley and enter the 4-digit code provided in the email. 3. Once inside the building, scan the QR code displayed. 4. From the screen linked to the QR code, upload a photo of your passport and a selfie. 5. After completing the procedure, a 6-digit code will be sent via email. I entered that code into the key box, but in my case, it did not respond and did not open. 6. I contacted the building manager via LINE and provided them with the 7-digit code received in the email. 7. Then, a completely different 4-digit code was sent to me. 8. I entered that 4-digit code into the key box, but it resulted in an error several times. After about five attempts, I finally managed to open it. There was a card key inside. 9. Inside the room, there were no pajamas or toothbrushes, and there were no windows. It is advisable to prepare these in advance if needed. 10. At checkout, simply place the card key in the black mailbox located at the entrance of the building and you are done. I think it is a somewhat confusing system for first-time users. Particularly, "the location of the building entrance," "identity verification with the QR code," and "the number for the key box" were unclear, so knowing this flow in advance would make it easier to enter.

“Above average”
Choose wisely. If you don't have absolute patience to deal with that system that isn't written by humans for check-in, I advise you to choose carefully. First, a wrong map plays tricks on you; after finding a hotel without a sign, I saw four or five young people who looked like college students, scratching their heads and struggling with their check-in system. In the end, they all left dejected. I eventually managed to check in with the help of an international student. Don't ask if I'll check in again. After staying for a few days and checking out, I still couldn't understand their system. Do you think I dare to stay again?

“Not bad, but...”
The Agoda map link was incorrect, so I was taken to a completely different location. (The actual place is Ximen ➞ the map shows Zhongxiao Xinsheng.) I wandered around for about an hour in the rain with heavy luggage, which was very frustrating. I don’t think the hotel is at fault in this regard. After the reservation, the hotel asked me to register as a LINE friend, and their response there was very good. It was close to the Ximen station, and there were convenience stores and pharmacies, which was convenient. The room had a lot of dust on the floor, so I would like them to clean a little better.
